      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NHS England (London, England) in Jan 2021

      Interview

Interview was conducted alongside two tests. The interview itself is competency based, meaning they asked questions like 'this role involves managing a team and overseeing 10 major projects, can you tell us about a time where you have managed a team and multiple projects, and can you tell us about any challenges and how you managed them?' In addition to this I had to make a presentation on a specified question, present to the panel and manage a Question and Answer session. Finally, I was given a paper and asked to imagine that I was the manager for the programme and that I needed to review the paper and give feedback to the team member.

      Question 1

Can you tell us about a time where you have had to manage a request from a very senior person alongside existing deadlines? How did you respond and what did you do?
