    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NHS Property Services (London, England (UK)).

    Interview

They seemed friendly but really un prepared for the interview. This seemed quite disorganized and blagging the interview process. No technical questions were asked and it was just a few competency-based questions. Despite using the appropriate methods in responding to the questions and giving answers, their feedback was quite shocking. Stating that I hadn't elaborated on questions when I am 1000% certain I did. According to the feedback they also felt that I would not be a good fit for the team. I can normally take constructive criticism easily but I was actually quite horrified a how ridiculous this feedback was which led me to believe that there was an underlying issue.

One person was primarily asking the questions whilst the other just stared at me through the process. When they went on to describe the role I explained how my experience would fit but it seems they had other plans. I truly don't intended to sound bitter but they judged me on my exterior and just thought I wouldn't fit in, within their plush central London corporate office.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NHS Property Services (Manchester, England (UK)) in May 2019.

    Interview

I found the job online (Reed), applied and got a call back within a few days - during the call I was asked a few questions regarding my experience. At the end of the call I was offered an interview which I went to the following week. The interview was about 30 mins long, was quite informal and mostly asked me to elaborate on my work experience, with a few personality questions.
