It was a one step interview that lasted 30mins. They asked me STAR type of questions. There were three people on the panel taking their turn to ask me questions.
I interviewed at NHS Shared Business Services (Southampton, England)
Interview
I asked for reasonable adjustments, so I got the questions beforehand. They were really tough questions for an administrative role. It was 2 people that conducted the interview, and there was a spelling test.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NHS Shared Business Services (Newport, Newport, Wales) in Jan 2024
Interview
Job description wasn't really telling of the actual role, so was harder to research for the position. The website is quite broad. When I got there it was totally different to what I thought the job was. Even so they asked very technical questions for a lower level job. I didn't do well at all, and with that they didn't have the courtesy to call me back. Very unprofessional. I was told 2 people would be in the interview and there were 3, again a bit much for a lower level interview. It was totally meant to be for me as the way they reacted in the interview showed their character and I would not like to work amongst these ladies. I.e job description wanted you to understand the wider aims of the department, I mentioned that I know all about the Laundry side and there was a snobbery and actual laugh 'oo we don't have anything to do with there'.
