Interview
Online application, phone interview, and then in-person interview. I worked in one lab for a year and didn't love it so I was able to resubmit my application and then interview at a different lab. I am eternally grateful for the experience to be able to interview and then work with Dr. David Tweedie and Dr. Nigel Greig and their amazing lab section. I wish that I still had this job.

Interview
Depends on the lab you're interviewing with, but most do an initial interview with the current IRTA of the lab before passing you on. Some do entire super-days of interviews,
Once you are able to secure an interview through emailing, the processes proceeds quickly and clearly. It might be hard to get started but once you get going the process moves fast.
