It was with multiple managers and you feel comfortable and they were nice. They made it feel like a conversation not an interrogation i.e. Some employers. There is nothing negative to say. I feel that it was a fair process and equal opportunity for sure

La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
