Its a online application, then the'll call you in for a interview if you fit the criteria. Then, you go into a group interview, then they ask you several questions. Eye contact, attire, and even having a resume (just in case) at hand is a BIG PLUS.
It was a very straight forward process, interviewers were very nice and made me feel super comfortable while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Interview was held over zoom online due to Covid at the time. Overall a good experience
Was not stressfull, didn't take too long. Just make sure to speak up a lot. Use STAR method. Friendly vibe, just try relate questions to personal experiences. Be well mannered and try lead conversations and ideas.
