Interview
I went to the nike store in downtown chicago on michigan ave for a group interview.There were 50-60 people there.It was wack as H*ll.They don't want the most qualified candidates.They want "the most energetic" candidates aka the biggest attention whores.The whole interview was in group setting almost like a speed dating set up.4-5 groups of 12-13 people and each "coach" would come ask you random questions and whoever was the biggest brown noser or most hyper stood out.Worst group interview I ever attended
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
Fast and efficient. Did not have to wait long. Interview questions are as expected. Questions asked are more towards competency and scenario based ones.
Basically met Store Leader of the shop over video call for the interview process
