Verschillende rondes, waaronder een digitaal proces met een assessment. Vervolgens kom je op gesprek en word je aan een buddy gekoppeld die al in het traineeship zit. Alles wat je met de buddy bespreekt wordt niet meegenomen bij de beoordeling. Dat vond ik erg prettig, want dan kan je ook de vragen stellen die misschien niet zo tactisch zijn tijdens een sollicitatiegesprek.

Online application with resume, following a cognitive test and a virtual job tryout. they look for their company values for the virtual job tryout part. there was no need for motivation letter.

Interview
Quite standard. You get a call to set up a Skype interview (if you are not based in The Hague) which will be conducted by HR and a trainee. Mainly fit questions about your background, your motivation. If successful, second round is composed of two interviews also via Skype. You will be given a week to pitch a stock of their choice with a ppt presentation. The second one was about pension investing and was more technical. You are also given material to prepare for it. Third round is AC but I didn't go that far.
