There was just a single 75 minute long technical round. 4 questions on gates (including one question on Timing analysis), 2 questions on CMOS switching, 1 question on Verilog coding were asked (besides the normal questions like my introduction, hobbies, why did I choose a Minor degree in CSE, etc)

Question 1
Write the behavioral code for a D flip flop with reset and clear inputs. Question based on timing analysis of a single and gate and combination of AND gates (setup time, hold time, etc were asked to explain).

having some basic knowledge of computer architecture, static time analysis and microprocessors will surely help and apart from that one need to be good at digital electronics to ace the interview.
Technical test then technical interview, they asked to introduce myself first and then asked how was the technical test and how did you manage to crack it. Then they asked question regarding designing counters, a programming question related to sequence generation and then finally a puzzle.
