NWN Carousel interview questions

I was reached out for an opportunity with NWN through an agency. I interviewed with the hiring manager and then a Talent Acqusition Sourcer who told me they'd have feedback/ decision by the end of the week. Never heard back from this company or the agency who scheduled the interviews. When people take time out of their busy work days to interview with you and your team, the least you can do is be transparent and give them some sort of decision/ feedback. Do better, NWN. This behavior is inexcusable.

Very long and it took over a month and a half. At times there were long breaks and I didn’t know if I was still in or not. Needs better communication
