First, Self introduction about their company and team, and then Technical screening with all professional questions related to their job description including programming skills and signal processing methods. Then also questions related to practical implementation, Lastly, Ask them questions.

Simple but very time-consuming, in a nutshell. The company gives mostly PBC with very less conversion. The 6 months internship however gives a lot of expertise but rarely seen someone getting FTE.
