It was 30+ days after I submitted my application for this position before the department manager contacted me. The initial interview was on Zoom, the 2nd interview was in-person. I felt at ease during the process, and it made me want to work here.

It was straightforward for the most part. Definitely a lot quicker and more streamlined if you are internal hire or referred internally. It could be more difficult if applying externally and depending on the hiring manager/hiring team.
