I was invited to an 'interview' , but was surprised to be told to put on an apron and that it would be one hour discovery session. It turned out I worked two hours (unpaid-I feel this is unfair and exploitative) helping the chef with various tasks. I was offered a free meal at the end and the interviewer told me that I would be joined for feedback after the meal . I waited 30 minutes after eating for the interviewer to come over and ask me what I liked and did not like about working there and was told I would be notified if I had the job or not by tomorrow latest.

The whole process of interview was easy and people there were very nice and willing to help. I have got to chance to try myself, to check if I like the job.
