Very simple. They'll ask the steps of PCR and how to pipette properly. They'll also ask if you have people skills. It was about 30 minutes or so over Zoom.

The interview held at zoom . They gave me the zoom link and it lasted for 45 minutes. The questions were average but i didnt get an offer frim the lab manager.
