first round on campus, more of a screening
speak with a director, they ask you behavioral questions
second round, a session w/ membership oversight team followed up by lunch with some team members
first round was really personable (director) but second round (managers) i felt like oversight team was just interrogating me and not interested in me as a person. the team members were really chill afterwards though.
