Interview
Personality evaluation is used. Phone calls and in person interviews you can expect 3 to 5. District Manger interview. Getting the insurance license is the most intensive. Out of pocket to pay for the training and the insurance tests. Without passing the state tests there is no hire. After being hired, further training is taken care of by the agency.

There wasn't a gotcha question, they are getting to know you and need to feel comfortable that you are honest and will do well by the agency and the people that in trust themselves to you.
i applied through a temp agency, video interview with temp and then another with the hiring manager for Nationwide. Nationwide got back to the temp agency within a few days. During the video interview we went over daily expectations and pay.
Much research is required for interviews these days. Company knowledge of products and culture is a must. All of the companies that I have interviewed with don’t seem to care to hear about the person.
it was brief and the lady didn’t ask me many questions. She seemed very uninterested and bored in the interview. I was happy when it was over. I am now working at McDonalds and I am sad.
