first part - phone screening, second part - technical exam, third part - technical skills interview, third part - final interview. the hr is very accommodating and friendly. fast response for the result of interview

For me:
- Applied through a job hunting website, got a call from the HR after 3 days -- phone interview
- Passed and got invited to the office for exam and 1st face-to-face interview
- After a few minutes, they announced that I passed so they have let me proceed with the 2nd and final interview on the same day
