Online application, call from HR to set up interview, call from Manager to set up interview, had to wait 2 hours to get a pass to get on base, interviewed with Manager and his Manager. Was called back one week later and was hired.

Question 1
The questions were very simple and took about 15 minutes. The General Manager was very rude and she made you feel like she was judging you harshly.

Interview
I was already an employee of the Navy Exchange so the interview process may be different for outside applicants. First I applied for the position via internal job postings. These positions are also open for outside applicants as well. I was called in for an interview with the Branch Exchange Manager. She offered me the position and low balled a salary. I requested more money based on my knowledge of the position and longevity with the company. I was given what I requested.
