It was fully over email, just introduced myself and answered a few questions. It was easy to answer, and all the questions made sense. It was an enjoyable and easy process.

Fairly simple process, it was a phone call from a Naylor recruiter and then in office interview that lasted about an hour and a half as I met multiple people from the team all in one. Final bit ended with just me and who would’ve been my supervisor at the time
