Neema interview questions

The process was very smooth, I received a phone call for the first call with the company recruiter, later on, I had a zoom meeting with the VP product who is the manager for the required role which later led to a face to face meeting in the office with the VP product. The meeting was about the Neema mobile app where there were few questions about the UX and improving/enhancing the onboarding flow and the last step was a new feature build and launch plan for a more b2b phase.

HR interview, professional interview, home assignment, another professional interview, and a final HR interview. The whole process took quite a long time — they took several days to respond between each stage and often disappeared without updates. There was a lack of transparency throughout. For example, in another company’s process, they were upfront at the final stage and told me there was another strong candidate, so I wouldn’t get my hopes up. Here, they already started talking about a contract and gave the impression things were moving forward — and then disappeared for a week, only to come back with a rejection and no feedback. It felt unprofessional.
