Standard screening call questions to know more about me and my background. But it wasn't the questions, but the behavior of the interviewer. They looked extremely uninterested while interviewing me. Not even a hi or a hello and just a typical robotic script that showed no emotions. Talking to an AI would be more engaging, and it's quite disappointing how these recruiters are responsible for hiring top talent for their companies, but show up to these calls with absolutely no homework. They couldn’t answer anything about the company's product. They gave almost no information about the company's culture. They spoke so fast as if they wanted to finish the call soon as possible. When asked about some more details about the team, they blanked out. I am extremely disappointed because the product is so good, but recruiters like them show the companies poorly.

I applied and had an introductory call, a technical interview and a call with the manager that I cannot frame neither in the technical nor in the culture fit interview type, in which they talked a lot and gave little rook for questions/introduction. Despite being a senior developer for years, I was told that I am a mid level developer amd "perceive" myself as a senior. I accepted another full-remote senior offer shortly afterwards. Don't gaslight people about roles they really covered and had legally documented references for, you did not and still do not hold any authority to undermine my seniority level. In my opinion the recruiter/ta should train to give less offensive feedbacks, or, always in my opinion, switch career.
