Submitted my resume through an employee for a specific slot/location. Had 5 interviews within a week, the last one being a panel interview. There was one interview regarding technical expertise which was pretty standard regarding being able to articulate about what a LUN or Volume is, how an aggregate is made up, and some basic troubleshooting. It wasn't meant for me to fail, it was meant to make sure there was a basic grasp of the technology understanding that I was coming from a different role in my previous job. I believe the whole interview process was structured around getting to know the team members I would be working with directly, getting to know my manager, and explaining some highlights of my background and my story. It really helped having an employee speak for my behalf. I applied to other positions within the company and got no call backs without the resume being submitted by an internal employee.

STEP 1 : Exam and coding rounds mostly based on CORE STEP 2: Technical interview again based on core concepts STEP 3: Senior manager round asked basic HR questions Management is bad , took 4 weeks for the entire process , Got rejected for answering a question like this : Question : Where do you see yourself in 5 years ? Answer : I would like to see myself in a critical position of the company where I would be taking informed decisions to directly affect the Company's performance
