The interview process involved 3 x 1 on 1 discussion with people at Net app and involved me answering their questions about my background, motivations, approach to cold calls and so on. I was told at the end of the interview process that I would get flown to North Carolina for 3 months to learn the sales process there. A week after being told that I would receive an offer letter, I was told that they wanted to reopen the interview process as they thought it was too rushed. I had believed that I had an offer but was now told that it no longer was offered to me.

After 6 interviews which took more than 2 months and they told me that I was shortlisted...they didn't give me any update after that, they didn't reply to my followup e-mails and calls! I found it totally unprofessional and disrespectful to the applicant.
