Interview
Not an atypical process in that they did most of the non-technical due diligence before engaging their senior technical resources to grill me properly. They took their time to make sure that I was the right guy for the company and the job in spite of the fact that I know many of their people quite well.

Question 1
At one point, as an exercise in creative thinking, the technical lead asked me to describe how I'd deal with a zombie apocalypse. I find this question rather extraordinary as it's nothing that I'd prepared for and made me use my imagination. I've been in the IT industry longer than I care to admit and I'm pretty sure I'd never been asked such a creative and interesting question.

STEP 1 : Exam and coding rounds mostly based on CORE
STEP 2: Technical interview again based on core concepts
STEP 3: Senior manager round asked basic HR questions
Management is bad , took 4 weeks for the entire process , Got rejected for answering a question like this :
Question : Where do you see yourself in 5 years ?
Answer : I would like to see myself in a critical position of the company where I would be taking informed decisions to directly affect the Company's performance

It was good experience for me and I did have overcome the fear of interview and gained some knowledge how the interviews are being held.The Interviewers are very friendly kind and highly knowledged which made me really want to get placed in that company
