Basic interview flow. First round is with internal recruiter for screening. Second round is with hiring manager and peers in the group you will be working with. Final feedback and next steps come from HR.

Describe a situation in my career where I was able to work with a difficult customer situation and turn it positive.
The interview was lenghty but well structured and feedback is given on the spot. Also, the decision is made very fast in the final interview. It had a business case and they want you to be honest.
