The interview was conducted in very respectful way, and I was able to negotiate related to the offer and compensation package. Overall, I highly recommend NetApp because despite it is an excellent company, the salary and the compensation plan is very attractive.

I thought it went well!! However, I felt if this program had a 90 training option; it should’ve been more insight on why someone was rejected. Not quite sure what interviewers are looking for these days.
