Recruitment process was fast and efficient. Had to chase talent sourcer at the start after not hearing from her for two weeks, but after that I was scheduled with the hiring manager, followed by 3 interviews the next week. Hiring manager knew exactly what he wanted and did not waste time with decisions. Interview scheduling were very structured and I was interviewed by people who were relevant to my role -- from a day-to-day task basis (team member in the same role, for a different region), to the person I'll be directly reporting to (hiring manager), to the person determining my overall global fit to the team (my hiring manager's manager), and then to determine my genuine interest in the company (lead recruiter).
