It was a great interview, they had a presentation about the hiring process, about company culture, how they would manage my growth, they intensely screen for you soft skills so you would fit into the team. I have never seen such care put into the recruitment and personel management process. I will have a team interview next and an offer, so I will probably work with them. Flawless impressions this far!
