I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NetSuite in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by an HR recruiter several days later. We set up a phone call, which seemed to go well. Next steps were for him to set up a follow-up phone call between me and the hiring manager, for the following week. Pinged the HR recruiter 5 days after the initial interview when I hadn't heard anything, and he apologized for the delay, requesting my availability for the next week to try and schedule. I responded with dates and times, and never heard back from him. Pinged him a couple times, a week later and three weeks later, and zero response.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Brno) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process was very fast, well organised and very well explained. From 101 meetings to design task - I got tested on all aspects and got the opportunity to evaluate whether or not I believe I fit within the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NetSuite (Brno) in May 2015
Interview
Pretty typical or at least what I expected from interview process like this, except I didn't expect it to be 5-6 iterations. One meeting a week made the whole process quite long but fortunately time wasn't an issue for me. I applied remotely and online calls worked just fine.
Schedule included:
a) up to 3 1-to-1 interviews with managers, from local supervisor to the head of dept then
b) up to 2 peer interviews then
c) qualifying 2hr group interview with not-so-complicated task, 30mins for coming up with solution and presenting it and then...
d) ...another interview with local offfice manager
Maybe there was something special in this process for me personally because I was relocating or maybe not. Anyway, it all was quite smooth and steady and inetviewers never made me think there's something wrong with me. Really appreciate this.
