I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Network Rail in Nov 2016
Interview
Initially entered my personal details and academic qualifications. I then sat a situational judgement test. This wasn't too difficult, and focused a lot on their company values as you can imagine. After a few weeks I was invited to complete their online test - this was in the form of a game on a mobile device.. Sounded weird at first, but it is very similar to normal online psychometric tests. To be honest it probably does a better job at calming your nerves.
Now waiting for a response.
