I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at New York Life (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was fairly easy even if I had only ever interviewed with one company before. There were three rounds of interviews in total. The first two rounds were thirty-minute-long behavioral phone interviews. For the third round, I had three interviews consecutively, each about 30 minutes, the first two were mostly behavioral but the last one was more technical. I had an offer within a week.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at New York Life (Troy, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied online through my university's careers page. After about a month, I got invited for an in-person interview on campus. Interviewed with 2 New York Life representatives. Overall, it was an average interview. Most of the questions were behavioral (ex. What are you most proud of?), and some were about New York Life (ex Why do you want to work for New York Life?).
