very professional and organized. follow up was key. wear a suit, wear a tie, research the company. excellent personnel and benefits package, 401k, competitive wages, profit sharing, ability to write your own future and make 100K+
Several zoom interviews with local partner and fellow agent, followed by interview with managing partner. Very easy process because they want to hire you as long as you show some level of interest.

The first interview was solely focused on discussing the background of the interviewer and the interviewee. This seemed like more of a fit assessment to understand whether or not the interviewee had the right type of soft skills and leadership background for the role.
