Interview
It was a slideshow and I was shown a lot of numbers but I liked it. Another interview is soon to follow that follows the more one-on-one traditional sense. the lady that interviewed me/showed me the New York Life slideshow was very nice and answered any questions that I had. She also told me I should soon have a 1:1 coming up after I filled out the background check online.

Interview
You will first interview by telephone with HR. If you proceed to the next round you will speak directly with your potential manager. The HR interview consisted of basic interview questions. The interview with the manager will be more random as they are typically not working off a script. It will mostly consist of questions related to that specific department.
