Walk in and ask for a job. That's about it. They'll ask you a few behavior questions mostly about how persuasive and good you are at convincing people of things
Very conversational, trying to figure out who you are and where you want to be. Asking questions about personality traits, past experiences, seeing what you know about the company and what they do.

What is one trait that you would tell your younger self to build on and keep?
efficient zoom interview but had multiples stages/requirements that made it a bit annoying. Had me watch a video and then fill out and sign up for a secondary interview which is an odd set up in my opinion

Was not really an interview, just the person showing off his salary numbers to coax you into working for them (his job has nothing to do with yours so salary is not comparable)
