Interview
Interview process took the whole day. It involves job shadowing, attending a presentation about the daily job duties, and two rounds of interviews. Each round consists of two interviewers. The questions were average interview questions, but the day feels very long and meeting many employees of the company can be overwhelming, especially the information about the position itself.

Question 1

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at New York Life (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter. Within a week I was offered another interview with two full time underwriters which was followed up by two more interviews with the district manager and director. Total of 4 interviews- 1 with the recruiter, 1 with the FT underwriters - 2 separate interviews with manager & director. Overall, pretty straightforward. Be prepared for math questions! It was nothing crazy but definitely take your time with your response.
