Multiple phone screens, followed by 6 virtual/onsite 30-60 minute sessions. Candidate communication was a problem. After putting time and energy into the process, and taking their time commitment seriously, in the end after the final round interview, they went radio silent, I was left to assume I was out of the running. My own time as a candidate was not taken seriously. Zero stars for candidate experience.
