A long tiring process with tasks back to back interviews They took 6 interviews and still rejected There was no reason, initially provided smooth process but then started ghosting the candidates
It was quite a few interviews, the most I've ever had, yet the questions were clear and to the point. This led to a deeper understanding of the role and my confidence in the process.

Interview
The interview process was 4 steps long: 1 - introduction call 2 - technical assessment 3 - technical review with the team 4 - call with manager 5 - offer I reached the step 5 but they told me that they cannot make me an offer at that time. One of the people team contacted me after few weeks: "we are ready to make you an offer". Next, I talked with the new manager: "Sorry, we're not able to make you an offer this time. Maybe in the future.". This was a misleading experience. Very unprofessional company.
