Next Games interview questions

3 HR interviews, 0 technical ones. Not a well-structured interviews, no information on why this step is needed and why with these people exactly in most cases. Refused with a bs reason.

The process took 4 months. First, it was a recruiter call, after which they announced that they are on a 2 month summer break and will continue the process afterwards. Then I did various 5 additional interviews that consisted of interviews with different team members and a practical workshop, that I organised and facilitated - without much brief given. Throughout the process, they were not transparent how many more interview steps there will be and it seemed, they are inventing on the go, how many interviews there will be and what type. During the last - 6.interview, I was asked a lot of technical questions and the interviewer appeared rude during it - he arrived late, and jumped to 3 different meeting rooms during the interview, as well as I could not see his face during the interview. After the last - 6.interview, I received feedback, that I have not got the position, due to a reason, that could have been cleared out during the first or second interview already. I do not understand, if it was crucial, why my time was wasted so much - throughout 4(!) months.
