HR initial interview went smoothly and I was asked to set up a second interview with the manager herself.
I didn’t receive the confirmation email until later that evening and all of my information (phone number, interview date, time slot) was another candidates. I responded immediately to fix the mistake before the manager got me mixed up with another candidate but HR didn’t reply until the next morning.
Second interview with the manager went great (so I thought). She asked for examples of work I had done and I emailed her a solid variety.
After a few days I emailed the manager thanking for her time and excited about the opportunity.
A week passed and I called to check in with the manager and she said no decision has been made until her boss gets back into town the following week.
I waited 2 weeks and sent an email to both HR and manager checking in and have never heard a response still.....
Talk about unprofessional? The least they could have done was respond letting me know they went a different route! Absolutely no respect for companies like that.
