I received three rounds of interview in total. The first round is a phone interview. The HR emailed me first to schedule a suitable time for the interview, so I could prepare for the interview ahead. Nothing special for the phone interview, she just asked some simple questions to validate your resume and asked for the expected salary. Second round I was invited to their office and interviewed with the operation manager. The whole experience lasted for about half an hour, only one question seemed a bit tricky. The last round is a panel interview with three managers, but the manager did most of the talking, introducing the responsibilities of the position and I could ask some questions about the role. Overall, all the employees are really nice and professional, and the candidate is able to ask as many questions as possible, so it was more like a mutual selection process.
