NoBroker Software Development Engineer II interview questions

The communication skill sof the interviewer were not so great. Most of the times, i was not able to understand what was he asking. But overall a ok-ok experience. Was rejected in first round. In one of the questions, the interviewer asked a me to solve Dutch National flag problem which I solved in Linear time complexity but the solution was different than the one he was thinking. He wanted me to solve the problem in "his approach" which I was unsuccessful
