Interview was taken in manner and had a predefined process.
Interviewers were highly intellectual, respectful and well prepared.
It had 3 rounds.
Round 1 is eliminatory. (written)
Round 2 was technical interview (90 minutes)

Round 3 was hr. (1:1) and telephonic.
They even provided feedback and corrected me when I made mistakes. Overall it was a very nice experience.
Interviewer clearly showed nokia's key values: Respect , challenge.

Interviewer asked me about program memory sections, optimization, compiler, general data structures and some questions about hardware and networking principles.

Initial assessment via phone call, then pen and paper test about basic programming, if you pass the exam, you will be invited for a technical interview then if you still passed the interview you will be invited for a HR interview.

Interview
The first was an aptitude some coding exam which was very easy to crack and I got short listed and called for an interview which was a technical round which was also very easy.
