There are two rounds
1) Internal manager round for technical discussion
2) Skype call by Finland office [Tell about yourself, Explained about the projects and strength and weakness]
And as usual HR round to negotiation and releasing offer

It is very generic like explaining our projects in details
And strength and weakness
mostly question will be asked based on your answers
