Interview
Phone interview based on project and industry experience, pretty laid. On site interview involved Case interviewing style (consulting type interviewing) with the entire management team. They are looking for experience professionals and people that can work through challenging situations with solid business logic.

Provide an example of a project you had success in.
Had interviews with HR, then with the hiring manager after with the manager of the hiring manager, in total 4 to 5 meetings. Then I got their offer first verbally during last interview, after in a couple of days written.
