2 interviews: technical and behavioral.
Technical is fairly easy. As long as you know how to code and how to think, it's not a problem. Knowledge about data structures and software development life cycle may help.
Behavioral can easily be winged. It's not something I can give advices on, it's entirely up to you and your personality.

One interview about my research, then asked me some questions about my research. It was very straightforward, no coding questions or brain teasers. This was for a research internship position for a specific project.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia in Apr 2017
Interview
Got a phone call interview in which my hiring manager spoke to me about Nokia and the position for which he was recruiting. He quizzed me on my resume and my proficiency with the programming languages.
