I was contacted via a phone by a hiring manager and scheduled an online interview. The interview lasted ~2h. I was interviewing with 2 project managers, in the beginning we were talking about my experiences and my knowledge/skills. Then I was introduced to the job position itself and the product. In the end, I was asked to review 2 pieces of codes in C. These were quite tricky but you are given 2 attempts more if you answer incorrectly. You are allowed to ask questions about. The idea of these tasks is to see your pattern and your understanding of code. After the tasks, I got asked some more HR questions. After 1.5 weeks, I was contacted again via phone and the manager told me whether I was selected or not. Overall - amazing interviewing on behalf of Nokia, very respecting of candidates.
