The interview went horrible, the interviewing team had no idea about the role I applied for. I applied for a android engineer(Kotlin) role and in the technical interview got asked about how to center a div with HTML & CSS. The interviewers were web developers interviewing me for an android engineer role.

Question 1
How to center a div. Find a bug in the JavaScript code. Create a class that can add, remove and get random string from a list.
They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.
Just an assessment and a 10 minutes interview with the line manager explaining the possition and hear your questions. Basic assessment with simple programming questions and a small code to implement. From the interview site there was no technical questions. No HR people on the call

Interview
highly competitive, were looking for one to two people only out of a large unspecified pool. Other than that, the people there were nice for the most part so take it easy.
