Interview
I had a phone interview that was pretty easy I was asked behavioral questions, questions about fashion about my future goals I was told immediately that I was chosen for a second interview so if they don't tell you immediately after first phone interview ends, you probably didn't get the job, it is a highly competitive process mainly fashion majors participate but I participated as an accounting major, if you get chosen for second interview it's safe to say you got the job
First round of interview was virtual answering scenario questions. Second round was “tell me about a time when” questions from previous experiences and how you handled them on the spot
