Recruiters were really nice and informative. Don’t feel like it’s exactly representative of the culture once I actually took the job but I didn’t really need to talk to anymore besides the recruiter to get the position

Very energetic and engaging! You have to be a people person that delivers direct eye contact with assurance in your interview responses. Overall an excellent interview experience. I admired the passion the interviewer had for the department as if it was her newborn baby! My experience in retail was put under a microscope once becoming part of the Nordstrom full line department store. Very informative!
- What drive me to retail and why particularly customer service?

The interview process is easy. First they have you submit a resume followed by a few interactive customer service questions. If you are chosen for a second interview, the company has you record video responses of questions they ask you. You have a few minutes to prepare and answer. If you make it past this interview, you interview over zoom with a recruiter and if they like you, you are hired.
- What does diversity and inclusion mean to you?

Very Simple and easy. Show your eager. Easy communication. Reliable. All commission though. Questions were really to show if you have good communication skills and a self-motivator. Ceiling is high and you can make as much as you can sell.
- What drives you in your daily life?
