I applied for this position online and received an email the next morning to schedule me for a telephone interview with the HR manager to pre-screen. The interview lasted around 5-10 minutes and consisted of very basic questions (ie Why did you choose Nordstrom? Why did you choose the Wedding suite? etc). At the end of the interview she scheduled me for an interview with the Wedding Suite manager the next day.
The second interview was at the Wedding Suite and lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were simple and basically the same, followed by a tour of the suite and an explanation of the job functions. I received an email within two days to schedule for the final interview.
The final interview was more of a beginners course in the job than an actual interview. I was shown around the Suite again, given a tour of the backroom and the floor, and told the basics of how to use the computer software. I then met with the Store Manager, who basically just wanted to get to know me and see how my personality would fit in with the company culture. I received the offer the following day.
